Square Gardens - Manchester
At the heart of our mixed-use development is a 45-storey tower, accompanied by a collection of smaller buildings. The new neighbourhood we are creating, alongside award winning architects Simpson Haugh, is spread over three separate buildings which step in height from 10 to 45 storeys. It will include 1,772 units, offering a variety of one-to-five-bedroom homes and studio apartments of various sizes. The design incorporates a new public square, along with restaurants, a gym, and leisure spaces, all centrally located.

Embassy Village - Greater Manchester
Embassy Village project in Manchester, a new community of 40 high-quality homes helping people break the cycle of homelessness. The work was completed at cost, with our time donated to support the homeless, and the project was recently featured on BBC North West Tonight.
